Terms of Use

The service

Obol lets you write text, pay a fixed fee, and have it encrypted and sealed. It is a symbolic act of letting go.

Not therapy or emergency help

Obol is not therapy, medical care or a crisis service. If you are in danger or need support, please contact local emergency services or use the help link on the site.

Permanent, no refunds

Once sealed, your text cannot be read or recovered by anyone, including you and us. For that reason payments are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Obol.

Your responsibility

We cannot see what you write. You are responsible for your own content and may not use the service for anything unlawful.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

השירות

Obol מאפשר לכתוב טקסט, לשלם תשלום קבוע ולהצפין ולנעול אותו. זהו מעשה סמלי של שחרור.

לא טיפול ולא סיוע חירום

Obol אינו טיפול, שירות רפואי או שירות משבר. אם אתם בסכנה או זקוקים לתמיכה, פנו לשירותי החירום המקומיים או לקישור העזרה באתר.

סופי וללא החזר

לאחר הנעילה אף אחד לא יכול לקרוא או לשחזר את הטקסט, וגם לא אתם ולא אנחנו. לכן התשלום סופי ואינו ניתן להחזר, למעט במקרים שבהם הדין מחייב אחרת.

גיל

השימוש ב-Obol מותר מגיל 18 ומעלה.

אחריותכם

איננו יכולים לראות מה אתם כותבים. האחריות לתוכן היא שלכם, ואין להשתמש בשירות לשום מטרה בלתי חוקית.

הסתייגות ואחריות

השירות ניתן כפי שהוא. במידה המותרת בדין, אחריותנו מוגבלת לסכום ששילמתם.

דין חל

תנאים אלה כפופים לדיני מדינת ישראל.
